In the world of Embroidery we live by a simple rule of "if it can be hooped, it can be embroidered". Of course there are some other complications such as material type, thickness, and the general ability to accept stitching. When we talk about "hooping" it is the process of fixing the material between two hoops that then can be attached to our embroidery machine.
This is a photo of the types of hoops we use for our embroidery service. If the material allows us to accomplish a secure hoop then we are able to embroider it. The issue that we commonly come into is embroidering small spaces that don't allow us to put a hoop into such as pockets.
We do allow clients to supply their own products but you must understand that we recommend you buy new products through us. Due to the complexity of embroidery when you supply your own materials we can not guarantee compatibility to our machine and might produce errors. When you buy products from if anything happens to your order we will replace them at no cost.
Common items that clients bring for embroidery work are Polos, T-Shirts, Towels, and Blankets.
We strictly use Robinson Anton thread for our embroidery machine. You can search online for the thread chart to see the vast color options available or you can stop by our showroom and see our color selection in person!
The max size of a design or logo we can embroider depends on the hoop we use. The max hoop size we have in-house is 11.5"x11.5".
When it comes to the design itself we will have it digitized for a fee. If your design/logo has very fine details it might be lost in translation to thread. When digitizing a design our artwork team will work with you during the proof process to prioritize what you want in your design.
