  • Can I bring in my own material, or do I have to order from you?
    We recommend for large requests you order new material from us, but on small request we can use what you bring in.

    Generally, no. During our designing phase you will need to approve the artwork/design, material, and quantity prior to us working on it. Once approved our production team promtly begins so you can have your product as soon as possible. Although if you have any questions or requests please don't hesitate to contact us as we might be able to work something out!
  • How do I approve the design proof?
    We will email you a digital proof of your design. You can review it and either approve it or request changes. Once you approve the proof, we’ll proceed with production.
  • Do you keep my artwork on file for future orders?
    Yes, we keep your artwork on file for future orders. This makes reordering easy and ensures consistency across your products.
  • Do you offer rush services?
